I recently bought a new apple mac - Mac OS X 10.6 - however when I came to do some changes on my site I got as far as clicking on the spanner to edit and the loading symbol just simple continues and the page never loads so I can't make changes.What do I need to do
This is most likely happening because you are using the old version of our editor. The old version is only compatible with Internet Exlorer on Windows. You will also get this problem if you arenot using Internet Explorer in Windows to acces the old editor. What you need to do is contact your account manager and they can arrange for you to be upgraded to the new editor.
